OKX TR to adjust components for several indexes

To improve market liquidity and index stability, OKX TR will adjust the components for several indexes at 7:00 am - 9:00 am UTC on February 29, 2024. The adjusted index prices will be calculated by weighting the prices of the new components according to their updated weights.
