How do I link my OKX TR account to OKX account?

This account connection feature lets you deposit fiat easily and access trading and other features on both our OKX TR and global platforms.

Only available for users who reside in Türkiye, once connected, you can switch between accounts and transfer funds more quickly and smoothly, making it easier to manage your assets and keep trading without extra steps.

For you to start using this feature, you need to first link your account, before connecting it to the opposite platform. Please ensure that both your OKX TR app and OKX app are updated to version 6.159.0 or later, as earlier versions may not fully support this feature.

Via the User Center

1. Select Menu and select Profile & Settings to enter the User Center

2. Select Profile and select the OKX account option under the Linked accounts section, you'll then be directed to the connecting page

   

   Select OKX account option under the Profile > Linked accounts section in the User Center

3. Once you're on the connection page, select the Link option

   

   Start the linking process of your OKX TR and OKX accounts

4. Proceed to select Continue to continue the process of linking the accounts
   Note:

   • Make sure you have the OKX app on your mobile phone as well to avoid any issues during the connection process.

   • Make sure you have downloaded the OKX app, it'll prompt you to do it if you haven't.

     

     Continue to link your account

5.  A page with your account details on both OKX TR and OKX platforms will appear. Once you've confirmed the details, select the Link option to start connecting the accounts
   Note: if you haven't signed in on your OKX account, you'll be requested to do it before proceeding to the linking phase.

   

   If the accounts are correct, proceed to link both accounts

6. Your account is successfully linked with your OKX account and select OK to proceed to the next phase. You can unlink your account right after that by selecting the Unlink option, return to the User Center by selecting '<'.

   

   After completing the linking process, return to the User Center

7. You'll be seeing Linked status on the OKX account part under the Linked accounts section
   Note: if you want to unlink your OKX TR account from your Global account, just select the Linked status of the OKX account under the Linked accounts section on the User Center page.

Via the asset withdrawal page

1. Open your OKX app, select Transfer

   

   Kickstart the withdrawal process

2. Select Withdraw from the pop-up menu

   

   Select Withdraw to enter into the Withdraw page

3. Once you're on the asset withdrawal page, select your preferred crypto

4. Select OKX account as your preferred destination

5. Once the list of destinations is loaded, select the OKX account option
   Select OKX account as your withdrawal destination

6. You'll be redirected to the connection page and once there, select the Connect option
   Note: if your OKX account is already linked to the Global platform, you can directly select from the available destination.

7. Proceed to select Continue to continue the process of linking the accounts
   Note: make sure you have OKX app on your mobile phone as well to avoid

8. The Preview page will appear. Please check the details carefully, then select Confirm if everything is correct, or Cancel if you need to make changes.

9. Once completed, you’ll be prompted to select your network, then enter your withdrawal amount and deposit address to successfully complete the withdrawal process.
   Note: when your account is successfully linked with your OKX account, you'll be seeing Linked status on the OKX TR account part under the Linked accounts section.

   

   Enter into the Withdraw page to start the withdrawal process
